Etg binge drinking

Hey fellow reddit friends! Quick question. My brother drank maybe 8-10 drinks every night for the last couple weeks and now he has a surprise urine test.. he has a little over 120 hours until the test and he is at my house going crazy. Smh.. Do you guys think he would pass the test?
