Drinking with a mild fatty liver 25 male

Hello, I am around 6’9 93kg and have been diagnosed with a fatty liver 2 months ago all blood tests were normal but ultrasound showed it. Doc asked me if i drink I said i cut back to only weekends and he said it was fine didn’t seem worried at all. Can i continue drinking that way without any large consequences? I also walk a lot and i’m physically active. Stopped eating processed sugars and sparkling drinks.
