Does anyone here have a hiatus hernia and drinks?

Hey so I’m 25 and I drink a lot every day but I was diagnosed with a Hiatus Hernia last year and since I relapsed there’s been a lot of vomiting. I know I should stop drinking but 1. I dont want too 2. Cant be asked 3. Its really hard to stop

So just kinda looking for advice to help ease it? Thanks and sorry
