Help with friend

okay. so this is a weird and probably dumb question. my friend drank to the point of throwing up twice. i’ve watched them for about an hour now, they haven’t thrown up in an hour. should i keep checking in on them throughout the night? i’m also quite drunk myself but i want to make sure they’re ok.
