Is this fucked up?

Hey guys, I 20F am going away to rehab thursday. I’m an out of control alcoholic and need to make a change. I have a best friend who I can no longer hangout with because of her alcoholism and it only encourages me. Would it be fucked up to go and drink with her tomorrow one last time before leaving thursday? I’m going to miss her so much. More than the alcohol. I feel like iv ruined my life and i still love drinking so much.
