Is 6 hours long enough to wait to drive after 1 twisted yea

This will be my first time drinking, my friends are throwing a college party an hour away and I know they stocked up on twisted tea because they love the stuff. I’m very cautious and was just wondering if I drunk it around 6 would I be safe to make a 1-2 hour drive back home at around 12ish?
