forgot i took cold medicine and had a drink, what should i do?

hi! i’ve got a decent cold atm and had a dayquil pill about 4-5 hours ago, totally forgot that you shouldn’t mix alcohol and cold medicine and just had quite a bit of wine and a vodka soda. i have really bad health anxiety in general and just wanna make sure i’ll be fine lol. thanks
