Can i drink alcohol 1 week after wisdom tooth removal?

I got my 2 wisdom teeth removed a week ago and im not having anymore pains but it still feels uncomfortable on that side a bit. I read that its ok to drink like 72 hours after but also that its better to drink after 7-10 days so its the 7th day dor me now. But im still worried that something might happen😭
