Can I drink 19 hours after Xanax?

Hi! So I never take Xanax before the day I know I’m going to drink but I was having a panic attack so I took half a mg forgetting that I was going out for drinks with my friends the next night. Do you think 18 hours I enough time after the dose to be able to have a couple drinks? Thanks!
