Vodka causing skin irritation?

Anyone else get this? whether its spirits in general or just vodka i dont know. But when i get plastered via vodka i always end up getting eczma on my wrists and inside fingers

but if i drink the same amount of alcohol via wine and beer/cider im fine,

something in spirits that can cause that?
