Why does my lower back hurt

I am an 18M, i have been drinking heavily since i was 13. The past year until now, i have a pain in my lower back when i am lying down on my bed after a night out (no matter if i drunk 2 beers or 2 bottles of vodka). It is not my kidneys, it feels more like the skin is hit by 2 bowling balls. No matter how my body lyes on the bed, it feels like 2 bowling balls are being pushed on me. Should i probably go to a doctor?
