Hangover remedy?

Hi everyone,

I’m 25 (turning 26 in three weeks), and I used to bounce back easily after a night out. I could drink a ton and still live a pretty normal life the next day. My hangovers were never too bad , no headaches, no nausea, just a bit tired from lack of sleep and maybe a little drowsy (shoutout to my Eastern European blood for that).

But now that I’m in my mid-twenties and drinking way less than I used to (student life is finally behind me), alcohol just hits me differently. Even a normal night out leaves me feeling anxious, hyper-aware of my heartbeat, and generally awful for way too long. I drank last night and it’s already 6 pm and I still feel lightheaded and off.

Since I’m not really used to dealing with hangovers, I honestly don’t know what to do with myself. Do you have any go-to remedies or tips that actually help? I still enjoy drinking occasionally, but if it keeps leaving me like this, I’m not sure it’s worth the cost 🙁
