Empty stomach red wine

40M, when I drink wine I typically drink a full bodied cab, 2-3 glasses with dinner. Recently, every morning after, my stomach feels empty. I have pretty regular bowel movements in the morning, no changes there, although they are definitely darker after red wine.

Anyone else get that empty stomach feeling?
