Does alcohol have a body high or a head high?

This proably seems like a stupid question but ive done a few different drugs in my life. Alcohol was never one of em ive tried it before but only ever got a very slight buzz. Ive always been heavy on weed and pychs both of those drugs have a intense body high and head rush you feel. Weed in paticular i would always feel this very pleasent rush in my head kinda feels like static if that makes sense. And this nice body high that would just make your whole body feel tingly and just pleasent overall. LSD was very simalar to weed imo other than the visuals and thoughts obviously. So im wondering if alcohol shares any similarites in that degree. If it does im interested to know what that feels like to you? Everyone i hear talks about alcohol just say it makes you feel confident and happy and that seems kind of bland to me. It honestly makes me wonder why so much people enjoy it and continued to use it for so many years.
