Alcohol and wierd sensation

Ive been experiencing this for 20 years (from when i started drinking). Everytime ive had a few beers i always find fresh air (outside air) to smell so good. Doesnt matter what time of year it is it just smells so fresh and earthy. Im fully aware that this is the alcohols fault but i just figured out that i should ask if someone else have this experience.

Just now i was playing som KCD2 and had 3 beers. Once i opened the window this earthy, cool, fresh and nice air came in. Amazing.

I never get this feeling when there is no alcohol involved.

Anyone have any opinion on this?
