Why cant I get drunk p2

Drank over 750ml+ or 25.5 ounces of vodka last night and i can’t get drunk (within 2-3 hours) It’s not tolerance because I stopped drinking completely for 3 months due to unrelated health concerns Felt buzzed sort of but in the past I would’ve been acting a fool off half that lol

But yeah why cant I get drunk
