Why cant I get drunk

I cannot for the life of me get drunk. I took 3 months off due to medical problems but have recovered. Nothing to do with my organs or anything . Prior to that I was a heavy drinker and would crush 10-15+ drinks going out with friends and get shit faced (I wasn’t the only one we all made fools of ourselves here and there lol) But this past week I finally felt well enough to drink and I can’t get drunk. Had 10 or so drinks tonight and maybe 7+ on Wednesday and for the life of me can’t catch a buzz. Seeking answers here but may cross post wherever you direct me to. Thanks in advance for answers and guidance!!
