Why don’t I feel anything?

So 21st birthday hit and family drags me to a club to get me drunk and see what “type of drunk” I am before my trip to Vegas, 3 rum & cokes, 2 crowns & cokes, 4 shots of Jager, 2 shots of tequila and a bar special that’s three shots of tequila and a Sprite and at most I felt a little loopy. Is this normal for my first time or what?
