Liquors You Can Drink Straight Up in a Bar

What’s a good liquor to drink straight up in a bar that actually tastes decent? I know there’s a lot of specialty liquors that you can drink straight up, but I’m looking for one that most bars carry. I’d rather not have to mix it with soda or any juices. For context, I mostly drink clear rum, gin, and tequila. I don’t drink vodka (and drinking it straight up seems awful to me).
