Is this considered high tolerance?

Recently shared some shots with a neighbor for the first time, and it was my first time drinking. They were bigger than average, like a shot and a half or so and I had 2 1/2 of straight vodka(strong but no known number from me). I didn’t feel buzzed so is that a tolerance?
