drinking three days in a row

Hello everyone! I was on summer vacation with my friends and we’ve been drinking three days and nights in a row. When we were hungover the next day and we still had alcohol in our blood we still continued drinking, now im back home already and didnt drink today but i was wondering if im gonna have withdrawals from that or any short or long term effects? Also im still a teenager if it matters.
