lorezepam and alcohol

i mixed the two last night at 8pm by accident. had been drinking wine all day and somehow just decided to take the lorezepam to sleep. do i need to go to urgent care today or am i out of the danger window now that its almost noon? i threw up water this morning and feel horrible but otherwise im awake and ok. ugh 🙁
