Tips on how to stop every night out turing in to a bender
I drink socially once or twice a week. I have mostly no issues with drinking but often i drink much more than is considered normal and still from time to time get absolutely plastered.
I think drinking is fun, my friends drink similarly or slightly less and i dont feel group pressure is a contributing issue.
How do you keep yourselves from going from a few beers to a full bender? The bender kind of just happens, it’s not pre planned or anything i just think another drink is a fantastic idea when ive already had enough.
