Liquor gift suggestions$100-$250

Just looking for gift suggestions, she likes gin and bourbon most. I think rye bourbon may be her favorite. I got her McAllen 12 a few years back but she doesn’t touch her scotch much. She likes tequila also but has a nice bottle of 1942 already but I’m open to suggestions on that also. I don’t drink so I’m at a loss always, she was a bartender for 10 years and loves making mixed drinks. I travel to Louisville for work often if maybe there is something more exclusive in the area, pretty limited to east Louisville area though. She legit only has say, 3-6 drinks a week so she is set but likes having variety lol.
