Birthday gift✨

I’m going to a birthday party next week, she’s turning 20 which in my country is the year you’re allowed to drink alcohol over 22%. She’s a tiny thing and such a lightweight so I don’t want to buy 40%. Any suggestions for something feminine that comes in a pretty bottle, tastes good, and is reasonably between 22-40%? We’re 3 people in on the gift, so don’t worry about price range.
