Why does wine always leave me with a killer headache?
Every damn time I’d have a few glasses, I’d be paying for it the next morning; throbbing head, zero energy. Doctor said it might be sulfites or sugars, so I started hunting for cleaner options. Found some all-natural wines from Europe that skip the additives, and it’s been a smoother ride. Still get the buzz without the crash.
It’s helped me cut back on the misery. Anyone else deal with this? What tricks do you use to avoid the hangover hell?
