Hi everyone. I have a question about Casamigos.

So I got a bottle for my birthday and drank about half the bottle with friends. Then it sat in the freezer for a year and not there is only a sliver left. It was corked. And I live alone, so no one was stealing it. How come it seemed to evaporate over the course of a year?
