hand sanitizer?

im a stoner i don’t really drink i’ve only drank wine a few times but i’m at a resort and don’t have any weed and i tried some of these they had but every single one of them smell and taste like hand sanitizer so im wondering is it really hand sanitizer or it just tastes like that
