Alcohol doesn’t seem to work anymore

Running into a problem. Alcohol doesn’t seem to get me drunk anymore. Or at least I don’t feel drunk. 3 days ago I drank about half a Litre of vodka over the course of I believe 4 hours and I barely felt different.

Today I’ve been drinking plenty and really aren’t feeling anything. Worried I’ve built up too much tolerance.
