upper shoulder/back pain w margs

this is a super weird one, i know. but something i’ve noticed when i drink restaurant margaritas (not home made) i get this super intense shoulder/upper back/arm pain for about 30 minutes. it’s dull but super miserable, and doesn’t happens when i drink any other type of alcohol. any ideas? i’m only 22 and it’s been happening since i started drinking last year at 21. does this happen to anyone else?
