Cramping and heart palpitations 8 hours after drinking
Im 24F, every time I drink recently, even one tiny sip of a white claw, I get horrible pain about 8 hours later with cramping and having to poop I also end up with horrible dizziness and heart palpitations. I end up rolling around in pain up until the early hours of the morning. It’s so painful I’m involuntary moaning which is abnormal for me, I’ve broken bones and been fine etc. Days afterwards I still have GI issues like diarrhea and straight up pooping yellow liquid bile (sorry TMI). I used to drink on weekends pretty heavily (8 drinks) in college and was perfectly fine. Since I graduated college I would have 3-4 drinks maybe every other Friday and it was still fine up until this past winter when I had my first reaction. Ive had blood work done and it’s all normal. I had an ultrasound of my gallbladder done and that was also normal. CT scan too that showed no blockages. My doctor ordered a colonoscopy and endoscopy, I wonder if thats over kill or if it’s worth the risks and I should go through with it. When I quit drinking for a few months my stomach was back to normal, but then one tiny sip put me back in pain. I haven’t drank since (about a month) and my stomach feels fine now so idk if I need the colonoscopy anymore. it’s alarming how out of no where this has been because I used to drink like a fish it’s also weird that it takes 8 hours to get any symptoms. Any ideas what could be causing this? What would you guys do colonoscopy wise? It feels good to be taken seriously but I am worried about any risks. Thanks so much in advance! This really has me super worried!
