Hangover for 1 week

I’m not usually into alcohol, but a week ago me and my friends had a party and I might’ve chugged 5 glasses of pure vodka.. and I’m still hungover

I feel very dizzy,whenever I think of something I feel like I’m gonna throw up

does anyone have any advice on what to do
