I can’t get drunk

I literally cannot get drunk. Now I’m not the biggest expert in alcohol but I just gulped down nearly a quarter of a drink containing vodka 21% and also a bit of 40% drink. I drank both quick. Am I doing something wrong? Because I’m not a drinker. I barely drink so my tolerance is supposed to not be high (edit sorry I know I won’t get drunk off that I’d say but I can’t even get tipsy)
