We all been to a million establishments and interacted with hundreds of bartenders but there is a handful who will not be forgotten

What did they do to be remembered forever? A witty joke? A delicious perfectly made cocktail? Their ability to handle the ever constantly changing environment??? Always pouring stiff ?
