Is this food grade alcohol?

I bought this bottle a few years back in Andorra and it has been collecting dust ever since. I want to use it to make limoncello or arancello. I noticed it says nowhere that it’s food grade. Can anybody confirm that it is or isn’t? Thanks 🙂
