I have been doing this for a few weeks now, before your last drink, take a age50+ multivitamin, high dose of cbd and cbn like 50-100mg, 250mg aspirin, water, and a liquid IV or the knockoff brand, you need the active ingredients in detox liquid IV or the active ingredient in the cheers brand. I find that taking the “hangover cure” by itself only helps a little bit but when taken with the other things I listed it really is a game changer.
