Can anyone relate to me?
So when I drink alcohol, I try to not eat at all before. I do this so that I can feel my drinks more and not feel so full and TIRED from eating food. I have this issue whenever I eat and drink at the same time where I get so tired and just want to lay down. But I have friends that make it a point to eat before they drink and get the night started. That just doesn’t work for me.. I’ll stick to the same spirit, have a club soda or sparkling water to keep me hydrated, then eat at the very end of the night right before bed. Wake up perfectly fine the next day! Any reasons why I get so tired when I eat before and then drink? Or do them at the same time? Clearly I have a digestive sensitivity
