Are these safe to drink? Context in the post.

So basically my parents (who are not drinkers) have a bit of collection of some bottles in a low drawer under the TV. As far as I can tell most of them are still sealed. The thing is those bottles have been in that drawer for anywhere from 10 to even maybe 20 years. I was wondering if they would be safe to drink since they are sealed. There’s also a few that have been half empty for years and those I think are 100% not safe to drink.
