What to do after making a fool of yourself

So I’m 17 years old yesterday at a party when everyone was sober me and my friend came over and I was puking under myself and everyone sober helped me of course but they also laughed there are lots of pictures of me lying there puking what should I do, if I wanted to have a career in the army or the police or the military anyone can take it out on me…. I do not know what to do help I am sad asf, also its rural terrains everyone knows me and my family
