Gf (27) pregnant, doesn’t like when I have a drink m (30)

Me and my gf have been together for a year. Have partied together, all of that. We finally moved in with each other and she got pregnant and is now three months, we’ve been living together for about a month. We also work together , she hates when I have a beer or two after work! I get everyday is kinda crazy but there’s days where I don’t, sometimes even two. But these past few days I’ve had a beer or a cocktail after work and tonight I decided to have one while we were playing wheel of fortune and it turned into something so big. Even tho when she said why should I have one right now I just said okay fine I won’t I didn’t think it was such a big deal. The it turned into a two hour conversation. From The morning to night I cater to her do what she needs as a pregnant girlfriend I clean cook about three times a day. Which I don’t care to Do, but even after work when I’m tired asf I do all of that. It is what it is she’s preggs and I love her. She just gets so bothered when I have a beer or two. I said I’m an adult I do what I have to do and it’s my first time living outside of my parents house I should be able to have a casual drink or two. I don’t get mad at her as a drinker or act differently if anything I’m more funny and loving! She just says I don’t see the point of having a drink everyday, I said you’re right I won’t have one the next two days or so and she just would stick on the same topic. So I didn’t have the drink and she just stayed mad and went to bed. Idk maybe I’m an alcoholic, I knownalcoholics and I’m no where near that. Idk
