Top Dream Booze Wish List

So what is your top favorite alcohol and one you dream to try but is hard to find and/or too expensive. I’m finnaly getting to set up my dream bar but I’m also new an so I figured as I start to taste my way through culture and history I would get a good idea of what’s goodies are out there and where to start.

I’m tempted to try the 25yo El Dorado but the price is a bit steep an not many reviews but most of what they make has been good, to me at least. I know taste is subjective but I’d still love to see what y’all personally like and bottles you pine to try someday.
