Ouzo is good in pancakes

I just made some thin pancakes(crepes) with some ouzo mixed in the batter, and the anisy taste was very nice. Top the pancake with a little jam or some orange marmalade, and you have a great dessert.

Also, the crepes cook very quickly, so there is still a lot of the alcohol left in the pancake.
