Feel so stupid Tylenol and alcohol

I am so scared. a couple days ago I took 1000mg of Tylenol for a headache at work and like 4-5 hours later got really drunk. Lik 7 shots I for got I took Tylenol and then realized how bad it was after I looked it up. I am a frequent drinker but do not take Tylenol often. I’m worried 😫
