Alcohol Burn

So I’m not looking for medical advice, just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this. It’s a long story, but I decided to use Everclear, 75%, to sanitize my mouth, and I have a really bad alcohol burn. Has anyone experienced it and know how long until it goes away? For those wondering: I have never had a cavity in my life, even when I was depressed and not practicing proper hygiene. Well I wound up dating this guy after getting my life together with mouth problems, (he grew up homeless and is getting his life back on track before y’all judge) and even though I have the best oral hygiene of my life, I got my first cavity. I know that those bacteria are contagious, and we’re broken up, so I decided to douse my mouth with everclear (and hold it in my mouth for a minute) to try and kill the bacteria. If it works, this was worth it. If this doesn’t, then it was a horrible decision. I do not recommended or condone this either way though.
