Can I make donuts into alcohol?

So I work at a donut shop and some days there are allot of waste, that is needed to be thrown away. The donuts contain milk sugar eggs ect. And they are deep fried in palm oil.

I wanted to know if it is safe to make alcohol from them, (I’m concerned about the eggs) because I hate wasting food.

I’ve boiled them and separated most of the oil already but I’m not sure about the rest. I have raspberry fritters and maple donuts I’m experimenting with.
