Super dizzy?

I have a question and I’m hoping I’m in the right subreddit!!

I have pretty mild vertigo normally when I’m sober that acts up very rarely. When I drink (even just one or two drinks) I end up getting SUPER dizzy to the point where I can’t close my eyes without feeling like I’m on a tilt-a-whirl.

Is there anything I can do to prevent or even stop this from happening when I drink? It makes social occasions not fun anymore.
