What and where is this from

Had a cap full of the “spicy tequila” as a dare and was the spiciest thing ive ever had by a long shot. Ive eaten Carolina reapers and it can’t compare to how this made me feel. Its pretty old but cant find where to get this online… Any help would be awesome
