When single, what drinks (liquor, beer, wine, mixers etc) do you have in your place if a date wants to comes over and you don’t know her taste in drinks yet?

Male. Just got a bat cart. Curious what I should have on it if a date comes over and don’t have time to go to the store or ask what she likes? Guessing should have bottles of a good vodka and tequila, some beer (I do Belgian ales and seltzers), and some wine (usually sweet white or bubbly) with orange juice/seltzer water/margarita juice to mix.

Any tips and suggestions you’ve had that you’d recommend from experience?
