Need some help aging two unopened bottles!

I got these two as a gift from my GF’s grandma as her husband passed a few years ago. These, among with all kinds of other strong boozes, were sitting on the top of the kitchen cabinets for so long that dust and grease had built up on the top of them. So far the best ive found is the one on the left is maybe from the 90’s? Help is appreciated!
