help!! stomach pains and bloating, it’s been two weeks

I’m up at 4 am now and can’t go back to sleep. I’ve been having stomach pains (they come and go, happen on all sides/areas, usually a sharp pain concentrated in one spot) and hella bloated. I’ve been drinking for the past 4 months.
Not sure if it was considered heavy drinking, but during the span of these 4 months i’ve bought 3 bottles of a 50% ABV drink (750 ml). I drink a bottle in like 6 sittings and in the span of 2-3 weeks, then stop for a couple weeks then buy the next bottle, yk how it goes.
Last time i had any alcohol was 2 days ago, and these pains are kinda becoming unbearable. I’m a little worried and would like some closure on this. F19 btw
